College Advisor's Bulletin
Wednesday, August 29, 2007

WELCOME BACK! PLEASE STOP BY AND SAY HELLO AND LET US KNOW ABOUT YOUR
SUMMER EXPERIENCES.

SAT WORD OF THE DAY: CAJOLE - to persuade, coax.  With sweet words and
promises, the mother cajoled the restless child into sitting quietly
through the ceremony.

Please welcome our new College Advisor, Angela Price. Ms. Price was
hired to replace Matt Saraceno who left Berkeley High School at the end
of last year. She has worked in college admission for over 12 years
and brings a wealth of knowledge to share with our students. Most
recently, she was Assistant Director of Admission and Multicultural
Recruitment at Connecticut College. Ms. Price has also worked as a
College Evaluator at the University of California, Berkeley and as an
Admission Counselor at the University of Southern California.
