1.  We are starting to put together the summer issue of the Berkeley 
High Newsletter. The newsletter, which serves as a communication tool 
for the entire school, will be mailed to the homes of rising 9th-12th 
graders  on July 24-26.

The purpose of the summer issue is to inform the community on what to 
expect during the start of school and beyond. If you or your 
organization have an article or information that you would like 
included, please let me no later than May 31 by email: 
<katecapps at earthlink.net>  or telephone:  510-219-6842.

Actual copy should be submitted by June 22, if possible, but we need to 
know what submissions to expect as soon as possible.

2.  The May-June issue of the Berkeley High Newsletter was mailed home 
on May 11. If you haven't received --or accidently recycled-- it is 
available to download as PDF form on the PTSA Web site 
<http://bhs.berkeleypta.org/>.
