On Wednesday, April 11 the administration needs help in two different
areas:
sorting and mailing transcripts and course requests and handing out
information to seniors and juniors at the senior class and junior
class meetings. If you have anytime free on Wednesday--for one or the
other or both--Please let Janet Huseby know which and when
(jhuseby at pacbell.net)

More detailed information is below:    

1. Mailing transcripts and course requests to all 9th, 10th, and 11
grade parents and guardians.
Depending on the volunteer turnout the sorting and mailing will take
place either in the conference room or at the front desk (both are in
the Admin Building on the corner of Allston Way and Milvia).  We will
start storing at 8:30.  I expect the task to last for several hours so
if you can come in any time in the morning, for any length of time, it
would be wonderful.  We are mailing home students' course requests
which they filled out online several weeks ago and their transcripts
so parents/guardians can make sure that all in on track.  

2. The  senior meeting will be held in the Community Theater at 11:00
a.m.
We will need volunteers at the door by 10:45. The following items are
on the agenda for the meeting: 

Discuss expectations for the remainder of the year. 
Going over senior ball and graduation expectations.
Discussing military disclosure forms

3. A junior class meet will be held at 12:45 p.m. the same day, also
in the Community Theater. We will want volunteers at the door by
12:15.
