[BHS etree] BULLETIN: No Bulletins This Week

We apologize that the Student Daily Bulletins have been infrequent
this week.  As a result of incoming freshman registrations, Belinda
McDaniel has been unable to forward them to the etree.  We hope to be
back on track next week.
