PLEASE DO NOT REPLY to the etree, contact Irma Parker

All Volunteers please meet at Berkeley High's Food Court at 3:45 pm.
I understand if some of you might have to come later but I need as
many people as possible around the above stated time.

We will need volunteers to pick up food at the Kitteridge entrance in
the evening, help with warming some items, putting food out and
serving. Clean-up will be miminal as the BHS custodians will be on
staff to do clean-up. Food items may be dropped off in the
principal's assistant's office in the main Administration office.
Serving of food will take place around 6:45 after the Memorial
Services.

Thanks to all of you who have so graciously agreed to volunteer your
time, donations and food.
I know the Brown family appreciates your generousity.

Thanks

Irma Parker

And, a note from Mark Coplan, Public Information Officer, BUSD:

Reminder: Memorial for denise brown on Thursday February 15th, at 5PM
in the Community Theater at Berkeley High School. There will be a
reception following in the Food Court, and we are asking people to
bring their favorite finger food, savory or desert. Irma Parker has
volunteered to coordinate the reception.

Things you might bring aside from food:

Small plates & napkins and bottled water .
You can drop your items off at the Food Court between 3:45PM and
4:45PM.
If you need to, you can park short term in the white zone by the
entrance between the Food Court and the Gym to drop off, with the
permission of the Berkeley Police. We may have volunteers to meet you
at the curb, but play that by ear. Irma Parker has volunteered to
coordinate the volunteers. If your food is not perishable, you can
drop it off in the office during the day, to Richard Ng, Principal
Slemp's able assistant.
