This week in the Office of Student Activities:

Seniors:
Pre-order packets for cap and gowns are still available in D-148.  If 
you want to still receive the pre-order discount, than please have 
your student stop by D-148 to pick up a packet.  First come first 
serve.
Achievers will be here to pick up final pre-order packets on 
Wednesday, January 31st.  Please have your information ready for them 
during lunch on the 31st.  They will be set up in the quad area.

Juniors:
The tentative date for Junior Prom is April 21st.  If you would like 
to volunteer to help please call 644-8990.  Also the next Red Cross 
Blood Drive is on the calendar for the month of March.  Please 
consider coming down to support our local Red Cross and donate some 
blood.  Final dates to be announced later.

Sophomores:
The WinterBall is this Saturday!  Thank you to all the families who 
have been supportive of this sophomore sponsored event.  The students 
are excited and we are beginning to distribute tickets over the next 
three days.  If your student purchased tickets, have them come by 
D-148 to pick them up Weds., Thurs., or Friday this week.  The next 
event being proposed by the class of 2009 is a day ski trip!  If you 
are interested in helping the sophomores plan a ski trip, or have 
some information that may be helpful to us in planning a ski trip, 
than please call 644-8990.

Freshmans:
The freshman class is currently building capacity as a group.  They 
have undergone a few changes and are currently soliciting more help 
from their peers.  If you are the parent of freshman who might be 
interested in freshman leadership, than please call 644-8990.
