Last Chance to turn in Cody's receipts!!

If you shopped at Cody's during their School Daze event and you have
not yet turned in your receipts from November 17, 18, 19 or 20 -
please send them in now.

Please mail your receipts to:

Berkeley, CA 94707

If you are going to be at BHS, you can put your receipts into an
envelope marked "Cody's - BHSDG" and ask one of the Front Desk
volunteers to put it into the Development Group mailbox.

Remember:  Cody's will accept only ORIGINAL receipts.
