Ecology Project International is offering a Costa Rica Sea Turtle
Ecology Program to students in the Bay Area.

Course Dates: Saturday, March 31st - Sunday April 8th (timed with BHS
spring break)
Cost: $2,000 (all-inclusive)

While on-course, students will monitor a population of critically
endangered leatherback sea turtles on the Caribbean coast of Costa
Rica in collaboration with sea turtle biologists and local Costa Rican
communities. This is an amazing opportunity to assist with authentic
research and be active in international conservation efforts. The
9-day course includes over 25 hours coursework and instruction with 15
hours of field research. While at the sea turtle nesting area, every
student develops and presents a field-based research project.
