Please take a few moments to visit the recently updated Academic 
Choice website 
at <http://www.bhsacademicchoice.com>www.bhsacademicchoice.com.  The 
site is now
current and has been updated to include contact information for all 
of our teachers and an Academic Choice 2006-2007 class list.  We are 
planning to have teacher bios and class syllabi added to the website 
in a few weeks.  Wondering how to reach your student's English 
teacher?  Check out the AC website!

AC General Meeting:  Wednesday,October 11, in the College & Career 
Center, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.
An Academic Choice Parent Meeting has been scheduled for the evening 
of Wednesday, October 11, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm, in the BHS College & 
Career Center.  We hope that all interested AC parents and guardians 
will plan on attending this meeting. We need your energy, your 
enthusiasm, and your help to make AC even better this year.

AC Book Swap -- Bring your slightly used SAT and AP prep books to the 
meeting!  We can exchange books -- my AP Chemistry for your AP 
Economics, and those that are not taken home with us can stay in the 
College and Career Center for students to use after school during 
Student Learning Center hours. Please use good judgement on how 
"used" the books are -- we don't want to load the SLC up with a bunch 
of undesirables.

Coffee and tea will be served -- please bring cookies to share if you can!
