What:  New BHS Fund Raising Weekend - Spirit of Berkeley High

Event Goal: To create an annual fund raising format for Berkeley High 
School that provides an opportunity for students to learn and adults 
to mentor while raising funds for school activities and projects.

When: Friday, November 10th - Berkeley Community Theater
           Saturday, November 11th - BHS Athletic Facilities
           Sunday, November 12th - BHS Facilities

Coordinators:  Berkeley Athletic Fund and the BHS Development Group

Details:
Friday, November 10th - Celebration of the Arts
      An evening of BHS performing groups and Celebrities. 
Saturday, November 11th - Celebration of Athletics
      The last BHS football game against El Cerrito at home, JV at 11 
am and Varisty of 1 pm.  There will also be other games, such as 
water polo and volleyball.
       Celebrity Basketball Game in Donahue Gym in the evening.
Sunday, November 12th - Celebration of Healthy Familes
       Booths and activities from 11 am - 2 pm in the campus green.

BHS groups will be able to sell tickets to the event, keeping a 
portion for their own group.

If you are interested in helping with the events or mentoring student 
helpers, our next meeting is Thursday, September 21st, 3:30 pm in 
Conference Room A in the BHS Admin Building.
