Several Berkeley High students have attended the Wooman Semester --
an educational program focused on exploring the issues of peace,
justice, and sustainability by engaging in a four-month living
classroom.

A benefit concert supporting the Woolman Semester will be held on
Saturday, June 10th, 7pm at Berkeley Friends Church, 1600 Sacramento
St. at Cedar, 2 blocks north of the North Berkeley BART station.
Emma's Revolution will be performing.

Pat Humphries and Sandy O., a.k.a. Emma's Revolution, are activists
who create awareness and change through their music.  "An acoustic,
insightful delight in the tradition of Seeger and Guthrie." -ROOTs

Last December, Pat and Sandy spoke and performed at the commencement
ceremony for the Woolman Semester, a program focused on the studies
of peace, justice and sustainable living for high school students.

Tickets will be sold on a donation basis with a suggested donation of
$20 or more per ticket, though all contributions, large or small, are
appreciated.
