[BHS etree] URGENT -- Help Still Needed For Newsletter Mailing - May 5

We still need about 5 more volunteers for the Newsletter mailing this
Wednesday.  We know many of you have been busy volunteering for all
the testing that has been going on (and that we may be running the
well dry), but if we can get a total of about 10 volunteers total,
the mailing work will only take about an hour to an hour-and-a-half
to complete.  But with pastries and drinks provided, we hope to make
it feel like a nice morning tea.  Perhaps in the future we'll start
calling it a "mailing tea".
 
The mailing will take place on Wednesday, May 3rd, starting at 9:00
AM in Conference Room B, in the Admin Building.  Please let me know
if you can make it.  We very much appreciate the help.  Thanks.
