1. In an effort to promote a calm and focused instructional
environment at Berkeley High, the administration is working at cutting
down on classroom interruptions. As a result, the front office will no
longer call teachers or deliver messages to pass on parent messages to
their students about appointments, plan changes, forgotten lunch, etc.
Parents, please communicate with your children BEFORE they leave for
school or arrange to communicate at lunch as you will no longer be
able to call and have a message delivered.
 
2. The current issue of the PTSA newsletter has been posted on the
PTSA website: http://bhs.berkeleypta.org/  A link to the website is
included as a footer on every etree posting. In addition to the
newsletter, the site carries staff contact information, links to the
small schools and program sites, school policies, a list of student
clubs, student support services and much more. Click on it and go
exploring so you can find the information when you need it.
