[BHS etree] VOLUNTEERS: Help needed with transcript mailing

The administration needs help on Wednesday, March 8 mailing home
9th-11th grade transcripts. This is an  important step in the
registration process.  Volunteers will label envelopes and stuff one
letter.  Members of the staff will work with with the confidential
transcripts.  The work will start at 8:30 in the morning in conference
room B. If you are free for an hour for so at any point, it would be
great if you could drop by for good company and mindless work!  You
will be appreciated.
