[BHS etree] VOLUNTEERS: Lunchtime volunteers needed in Library

The Berkeley High School Library is launching its Library Lunchtime 
Cafe.
While the library is not serving food, students will be allowed to eat 
their
lunch in the library--a move which should please many students.  The 
opening
day will be March 2, Dr.Seuss' birthday. The library needs at least one
person to help put tablecloths on the four long tables in the 
instructional
alcove, set out recycling and garbage barrels and to straighten up
afterwards. We anticipate the volunteer will need to be here by 11:15, 
and
will be able to leave by 12:30 at the latest. Anyone interested in 
helping
at this exciting new event for students can contact us at the library by

As eating in the library becomes an  established activity, the library 
is
looking for  regular volunteers willing to commit to being there on a 
weekly
or biweekly basis to set up and take down and to enjoy being around 
books
and a wonderful group of students.
