COLLEGE NIGHT

The second annual AC "What's Up With College" night has been
scheduled for the night of January 5, 2006. This evening is a
wonderful opportunity for BHS students and their families --
especially sophomores and juniors, freshman are welcome too -- to
visit with recent graduates  and learn about their recent college
experiences. It's great to hear from them about what they like -- and
don't like! -- about their new schools. Ask the questions you really
want answered about  smaller liberal arts schools, big urban public
schools, the college social scene, commuter junior  colleges, being
away from home, . . . you name it!! 

We are recruiting student volunteers -- college students (recent
graduates of BHS) who are currently attending or have attended
college and who will be in Berkeley the evening of January 5th. We
want to get as representative a range as possible of college choices
available, and especially need student volunteers who are going to
colleges in the south, the mid-west, or the north-west, students  who
are attending or who have attended community or junior colleges, and
students who are attending or have attended Historically Black
Colleges.

able and willing to attend this event as representatives of their
college/university.
