Dear Parents,

It is that time of year again.  Berkeley High School Leadership and
BHS Clubs are organizing the Annual Holiday Meal.  This event has
contibuted a healthy holiday meal to over 400 members of the homeless
Berkeley Community each year for the past seven years.  This years
event is scheduled for Saturday, December 10, 2005 at 1:00pm in the
BHS Food Court.

Our current needs are for donated turkeys and hams.  We will need a
minimum of 10 Turkeys and at least 5-6 hams.   If you are able to
make a commitment to either donate & prepare or are able to prepare a
donated item, please contact  Ivery McKnight(Activities Director) or
ASB Vice President Stephanie Lowe (Holiday Meal Chairperson) by
December 2, 2005.  

Arrangements for donations to be picked up may be arranged.  Other
items needed include traditional:  

- Prepared side dishes    
- Desserts
- Cranberry Sauce
- Paper goods (Plates/Forks/Cups)
- Aprons/Can Openners/Oven Mitts/Dish Towels
- Cooking Oils/Margerine/Butter
- Pumpkin Pie Ingredients
