[BHS etree] PTSA: Elections for SSC and BSEP on Thursday, 9/8

The elections for School Site Council, BSEP committee and the PTSA board
will take place during the PTSA meeting on Thursday, September 8 at 7 p.m.
in the Little Theater.

SSC and BSEP are mandated committees (one state, one local) and are very
influential at Berkeley High.  We urge all parents to attend the meeting in
order to vote. The following people have put their names forward to run.

Should you desire to run for one of the committees you may still be
nominated (or nominate yourself) from the floor on the night of the election
as a "write in" candidate.  Please plan on attending the meeting.  Your vote
is important.  In addition, Principal Jim Slemp will deliver a State of the
School report.
