VARSITY, JV & FRESHMAN GIRLS VOLLEYBALL 
Head Coach Franklin Brightwater: off-campus coach; 1st year.

Tryouts begin on August 22 and you should plan to attend all three 
days. *Coach Brightwater may ask some players to switch times or stay 
for the later tryout as well.*

SCHEDULE 
August 22, 23, 24
8:45 am -11:00 am - Returning players (those who were on a BHS Varsity, 
JV or Freshmen team last season and any Seniors who did not play on a 
BHS volleyball team last season.)

11:45 am – 2:00 pm -  Entering 9th graders and *any 10-11 graders* who 
did not play on a BHS volleyball team last season. 

August 25 & 26: 
Times to be announced.  *Tryouts may continue on August 25 & 26 or, if 
teams have been formed, then practices will be scheduled.*  
 
Dress: athletic shorts/spandex, t-shirt, knee pads and volleyball or 
other athletic shoes.
Remember to bring your COMPLETED ATHLETIC PACKET.
