[BHS etree] SPORTS: State Track Finals

Congratulations to the BHS Track team on a fine season.  The boys 4x100
relay team qualified for the State meet in Sacramento last weekend and
senior Jere Summers was a medalist (taking 5th place) in the shot put.
Earlier in the season, she was picked best woman athlete in field events
(for her performance in shot put and discus) at the Oakland Relays. She
has signed a letter of intent to attend Cal State Northridge on a full
scholarship.
