[BHS etree] SENIORS: Guest contracts for senior ball

If a Berkeley High student is planning on bringing a non Berkeley High
student as a guest to the Senior Ball this Saturday, they must submit a BHS
Guest Contract by Wednesday, May 18. The contract needs the the signature of
the guest parent; guests' school principal/dean/counselor; attachment of the
business card of that Administrator; and a photocopy of the guests' school
ID.  If the guest is not in high school, a photocopy of a CA ID or Driver's
License is the only acceptable form of ID accepted. No one over the age of
20 is allowed to attend the BHS Sr. Ball as a guest of a Senior.
