STUDENT DAILY BULLETIN

Administration

1.	BSEP Meeting TODAY, Monday, May 16th at 4:30 pm in Conference Room 
B.  Agenda items: Establish a quorum; Review of awards granted; discuss 
AP projects proposal; create a priority list; discuss next year’s 
committee membership and participation.

2.	Summer School applications are in the Counseling Reception area 
(D141). Please sign up early to reserve a space.  Deadline is May 20th.

3.	Congratulations to MacKenzie Sowers for submitting the winning entry 
in the library’s contest to name our rabbit.  The judges unanimously 
chose "Countess Fluffy" as the name for the library’s lionhead rabbit.  
Come visit her in the library.

4.	Thank you students and staff for making such good use of the 
Berkeley High School Library.  However, we need materials returned so 
that they are available for  everyone.  Please bring back all 820 
overdue books. Seniors, you must return your books in order to pick up 
your prom and graduation tickets.  No books may be checked out after 
May 25.

5.	BART tickets are here!  Please pick up your tickets.  Next Bart 
ticket orders will be taken May 31.  This is the last BART order for 
the year.

Clubs
None

Sports
Go to <http://www.viewmyschedule.com>  for up-to-date BHS sports 
schedules.

Senior / Junior Section
1.	Refunds for the Senior trip can be picked up from the Community 
Theatre Box Office at lunch Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Please have your 
receipt and ID.  The Senior Trip is cancelled.

2.	Sophomores and Juniors:  Practice SAT test at Berkeley High School 
on Saturday, May 21,  9:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm.  Cost $15.  Fee waivers 
available.  Sign up in the College Career Center no later than May 
18th.

Events/ Performance

1.	Attention Parents and BHS staff:  This is the last reminder to call 
in and sign up for the 5th Annual Parent Resource Center Parent 
Volunteer/ Teacher Appreciation Dinner on May 28, 2005 at 6:30 pm here 
at BHS. Spaces are going fast.  There is no charge to attend this 
event.  Call 644-8524 if you would like to attend.

Sales
1.	Senior Ball tickets are $75.  Get them while they last!  On sale 
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at the Allston Way box office.

2.	Yearbooks are $70 now!  Get them in H102 at lunch on Tuesday and 
Thursdays. Zero period  Monday, Wednesday , and Friday.
