[BHS etree] PTA: Both sides of teacher/districtcontract dispute on PTA Council webpage

Thanks to Council Website Master Matt Wong of BHS, we now have our contract
dispute page up. It is a work in progress so check in now and then to see
updates. Go there to find downloads from BUSD and BFT as well as sample
letters, and links to emails for the Governor, Secretary of Education, our
school board members, etc....  It is not all up yet, but Matt will be
working over the next few days.
