A complete athletic packet, including parent consent and physical form, must be turned in to the coach on the first day of tryouts. If you played a fall or winter sport, and your physical is dated June 2004 or after, your packet has already been turned in. 4. Voluntary preseason conditioning is going on for many athletic teams.
