JUNIORS AND SOPHOMORES - Presentation by United World Colleges on Friday,
December 10, 10:35 a.m. in the College Center. The United World Colleges
is an educational movement offering a two year International Baccalaureate
program. It brings together students, ages 16-19, from all over the world
at pre-university level to study together under the belief that if
students live and learn together they will return home and their
understanding of foreign cultures will foster international understanding,
tolerance, and peace. Successful applicants receive a full scholarship for
the two year program and many go on to attend some of the best
universities in the world, often with advanced credit. Nelson Mandela is
the Honorary President. For more information, go to <http://www.uwc.org>
