SAT WORD OF THE DAY: OPAQUE - not transparent; difficult to
understand. To help ensure privacy for their guests, most hotels
furnish rooms with opaque window drapes.

SENIORS
All colleges require a copy of your final transcript. If you have not
yet done so, you must fill out a Transcript Request Form, write "FINAL
TRANSCRIPT" across the top, and paper clip to it a white stamped
business sized envelope addressed to the college with Berkeley High
School as the return address. Turn this in to Ms. Mellion in D173.

JUNIORS
Pick up the Junior Summer To Do List in the College/Career Center
before the end of school. It contains helpful hints and useful web
sites so that you can work on college applications and deciding where
to apply over the summer. If you are planning to apply to any private
colleges, also pick up the Senior Profile so that you can complete it
over the summer. The Senior Profile is not needed if you are only
applying to UC's, Cal States or Community Colleges.
