[BHS etree] ADMIN: Chaperones/Volunteers for Junior and Senior Prom, May 7th Dance

The Parent Resource Center is seeking Chaperones for the Junior Prom and the
Senior Ball and the upcoming school dance on May 7. All three dances start
at 8 p.m.  Volunteers are asked to arrive at 7:30 p.m. The proms are festive
and special occasions, chaperones are asked to please dress appropriately.
Traditionally 11th grade parents DO NOT chaperone the Junior Prom and 12th
grade parents do not chaperone the Senior Ball.

Junior Prom is this Saturday, May 1 at the Alameda Officer's Club, 641 West
Redline Avenue on the Alameda Naval Base from 8 p.m. to midnight. The Senior
Ball is June 5 at the Hotel NIkko, 333 Mason Street in San Francisco from 8
p.m. to 12:30 a.m. The "Paradise at Night" Social Dance in the BHS Student
Union 8 p.m. to midnight on May 7.

If you are able to participate at any one of the events, please contact Mrs.
McKnight Johnson as soon as possible at IMcKnight at berkeley.k12.ca.us.
Refreshments and free photo packages will be provided to all participating
volunteers.
